instructor in one of my classes at the gym who keeps singleing me out
and telling me to take it easy because i'm "red" ( it's like a boot camp
style cardio class . . i know what i'm in for when i go in). Well I
feel good and don't want to take it easy during that time, if i took it
easy everytime i worked out, i would never lose a single pound! also
she happens to be very dark skinned/tan so perhaps she doesn't turn red
